A top-ranked NASCAR driver helped kick off a campaign about following traffic laws in Dallas Tuesday.
Driver David Starr spoke at Dallas City Hall about the “Safe Light Dallas Stops On Red” campaign. He will visit schools to talk about wearing seat belts and following traffic signals.
“Even when I'm driving 200 miles per hour, I have to obey NASCAR rules,” he said. “On the race track, red means stop.”
