| The people from LVMS have ruined a very good track trying to keep up with all the other tracks. They have junked their own track. This track use to have great side by side racing with three grooves and now its follow the leader. What a total screw up by the track owner. Doesn't help that David doesn't look like he has a truck that is handling at all. There is still 100 laps to go so I hope he finds something. |

You are so right. I told Steve earlier after listening to David that this was going to be a follow-Me race.  And I just hate this kind of Racing.  |

| I sure am glad that I lost my cable when the storm rolled through Houston a few moments ago. From what my father told me it was just plain bad tonight. Never in contention and could not keep up with anyone. I sure would have hoped after 4 different test sessions they would have found something to at least make it a truck that could run toward the front. They have been on such a roll over the last few races I guess this is their throw away race. I feel for David because he hates to just ride around like he did tonight. I'm sure this team will turn it around and finish the year strong. |

Mike and I were just talking before the race--He was telling me they made it like another Texas or Atlanta track.. and I was telling him I didnt Like it!! Why make them all the same? We need DIFFERENT tracks!!! UGH!!!
Wellll...I wasnt pleased with the new track..And I know David did his very best, but What a Hard time he must have had. ..I know they all tried hard, but didnt seem to hit the right setup or something tonight...But David only dropped one place in the points--to 6th, and THAT is a Great thing! And David carries on with his No-Dnf streak, 20th is far better than a Dnf! Things coulda been worse, and I was alittle nervous about this race on the new surface.I thought it would be a wreckfest..So it coulda been worse, David and RHR came out with a FINISH and an unscathed truck, still 6th on pts, and most important, David came out of it Safe!
And yea, I do know that David does not like to run like that, not at all..but I also pretty much Know that David Moves On and puts things behind him and focuses on the next race!!
We Love Ya, David!!

| You are correct David has already moved on and will look forward to Talladega. I'm going to see this race so I hope for a much better finish in what could be huge wreck fest with so many drivers probably never even being on the high banks before. |

Oh Thats GREAT, Eddie, Glad you get to Go to Dega Too! Hope you have a GREAT time!
Dega does seem alittle scarey to me for these trucks..
We have 2 weeks before Dega, So I am gonna start EARLY send my good vibes David's Way!! I know David is a Smart and a Skilled and a GREAT driver, But I cannot say that about the rest of the field, So I Want Nothing But the BEST of all Good Luck going with David and Crew to Dega!

I am very jealous.... My husband also told me last night that 2 of his buddies are going to the race tooooo....MAN I WANT TO GO!!!! I will not even be able to watch this race LIVE...I am not happy...b/c I will be camping with my son at Camp Pirtle for Tiger Scouts. It is a Mom & Me camp out.(plus I am his Den Leader)...It will be soooo much fun, but hate that I miss the first truck race at Talladega LIVE..... You guys have a great trip and send our love and good luck vibs to David and the Crew!!! Can't wait to see pics and hear your reports!!! |

I never liked the track and they did not do anything to help it. I just as soon go to the fair and watch the kiddy cars go round and round on a rail. |
