Race is at Dover this Friday...

Uh, Race is 3:45pm, BUT it looks as though it will be a Tape delayed race..UGH!!! SPEED is Not showing it live, it is scheduled to run at 7pm Friday night... What's up with that ??? They did this last year, I believe...

ANYWAYS!! We Have a Race AGAIN this week!! SO Get those Good vibes going again for David and Team RHR!!! NO BAD LUCK!!! Only the BEST of Good luck to David and The boys!!

OH SIS...the tape delay will not matter...we will be watching a TAPED race anyways!!!!!!!  Matthew has his last regular game FRIDAY night at 7:15pm!!! Well, I will certainly try to get in my hugs and kisses, but I might not be too successful . 

Unfortunately, the weather is yet again an issue.  Forecast looks not so great for tomorrow, just like it was last year when they rescheduled it for early Saturday morning, only to postpone it to late afternoon. 

There is an autograph session scheduled with the truck drivers before the race (supposedly rain or shine), but David's not on the list of scheduled appearances.    (Lisa, can you put in a good word ) 

Unfortunately, Dover doesn't sell pit/garage passes, so it looks like I might just have to send my good vibes from a distance.    

I'll see what I can do about pictures.  Keep your fingers crossed and do a couple anti-rain dances please.

Hi all.  Well, all of your anti-rain dances did the job for the most part.    At least most of the day was fine, although VERY HUMID

I did run into a bit a great luck.  Decided to wait in line (almost an hour) for the autograph session even though David wasn't listed.  Eight drivers were scheduled - only 3 (then one more) showed up , and they had them divided into 3 different lines.  I was waiting in Boston Reid's line - almost to the table - I see Terry Cook, Dennis Setzer...and GUESS WHO!!! They had David next to Setzer so I moved to that line, only to have them move David to Boston Reid's seat since Boston had to leave.  So I switched lines again. 

The lines for the other drivers were moving quickly, but David's was slower because he was being David and taking the time to talk to everyone.  I was one of the last people to see him and I got my hug  and two autographs (even though there was an one item limit )

Found the new David t-shirt at the Toyota Tundra trailer - got that signed.

OOOOOOOO' Jen, It sounds like you had a great time after all. Thank for the info on the T-Shirt we will check out the Toyota Trailer first thing when we get there Thursday.  Then we will run it down to the pits and get David to sign it. I can't wait.

We are going to miss you next weekend but maybe you can be here in November. Hope Sooo We would love to see you again.
