David didn't start the conflict and won't be penalized for defending himself. The people affected today by David were wrecked upon their own accord--David had no intentions of taking anyone out...althought I can't say I was sad to see Lia go...any opinions?
I bet K&N stays onboard---good looking truck, too, i'd say! |

We were at Mansfield...no sadness here about Lia...I too, believe K&N stays on board. It's still advertising regardless of the incident. |

HEY Ya'll!! I DID get to see the Race!! We went on in to Tyler, and stayed with my parents all day, and they never lost power and They Have SPEED channel!!
And WHAT a RACE! SOOO very Glad I did Not miss it!! WHAT a GREAT Job by David and Crew!! WOW...Was worried about you ChazSis!! You Ok??? Get some oxygen?? LOL
And I Agree, David was defending himself, That guy was in his window, no telling what he said or Did, but I thought the guy was gonna PULL him out!! And David came out with a punch. I Hope he doesnt get penalized either, For defending himself! I know it was kinda a weird deal here, that David was involved in those 3 wrecks, but none of them appeared to Be intentional, David was holding his line...He just simply didnt back off...I mean, TODD even said that David had the better truck, well, ok Todd, Get out of David's WAY!! LOL.... Well, ok, I am not gonna Dog Todd, He said some nice things, but spoiled it with some bad things, and I just wanted to ask Todd---Have you not ever been on the Good side of that situation?? Yes he has..plenty times..Sorry it had to be Todd this time--I do Like Todd Bodine...I guess he was upset, but He has done the same things..

| i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i'm feeling some consequences for David and the boys---probably not as heavy as Bodine's peeps....but, gosh, i don't know...anyone know how NASCAR looks at something like this? |

I found this. I know that there had to be a very good reason for David to act this way. Now we know the Rest of The Story!!!
One of Bodine’s crew members unhooked Starr’s window net and leaned into his truck, pointing his finger. Starr became incensed and felt he was forced to defend himself.
“I think somebody spit on me, and when I saw somebody spit on me, I was just protecting myself,” he said. “I don’t mind it if a driver wants to come over and talk to me, but when somebody else comes and puts my window net down and puts their finger in my face and is cussing me and spit on me, well then we’ve got a problem.”
Starr climbed from his truck as more crew members arrived on the scene, and video replays appeared to show him connecting on at least two punches to the face of the crew member who took down the window net.
“Unfortunately, when I got out of my truck, I didn’t see Todd Bodine standing there. I saw a bunch of his crew guys pointing their finger and cussing me and spitting at me. I wasn’t going to just let them go run over me, I’m not built that way.” |

Trucks11...Was That from SceneDaily or somewhere else? I just found it too on SceneDaily..But Wow, Thats Just REALLY bad..How unsportsmanlike of that guy...I mean Spitting and ALL ??? Ya know, If David gets penalized, He just Does, but I am Proud He Defended himself..Nobody should have to TAKE all that, expecially not while He is still in his truck, and certainly not anywhere else!
And to RHR Crew, Thank You for coming up to David's defense also...What a TEAM...Some of You could be in trouble too, maybe, for it, But Thank You for Standing with him! YOU are an AWESOME TEAM!!
RedhorseFan.. I do not know what Nascar will See in this.....I Never see consistency in this kind of happenings..But whatever happens form It..I Love My Driver, I love the Team, And I am proud of them all!

I'm glad David "IS" build the way he is..... (don't take any sh*t) And, that's why we follow him instead of some other driver.
Now-- time to focus some of that emotion and run up front!!!!

Yes Starright, that is where I found it. As usuall Mr. Waltrip running his mouth. 
When he says that Starr drove over to Bodine to get a little peace of this. The truth is that David was going to pull behind Rick and a Nacar Offical told him to go over there beside Bodine. |

Yea, Trucks11, I Heard him say that.. Waltrip seem to have a habit of running his mouth...I Didnt see where he could possibly KNOW that was what David was Up to..
I see David and Todd talking all the time together..I Dont think that David was going to get a piece of Anything! Like, Have we EVER seen David Go pick a fight??? ever?? Nope...I dont ever see him even use his truck either in showing his displeasure..So, Maybe Motormouth Waltrip, who PUNCHED Lake Speed in the face, several years ago, while HE was still in his car, should watch his mouth. JMO.
