Ok guys.. Also in the "preview" it does state that Rick Gay is the Crew chief for Loudon and the rest of the season...So the Entry list at Truckseries is wrong..

Here's the part in the Preview :

**THOUGHTS ON NEW CREW CHIEF – RICK GAY: “I am very excited to be working with Rick Gay.  I have obviously known him around the garage for many years and to be able to work with him is an honor.  He has stepped into the leadership role at Red Horse Racing and really clicked well with the guys on the team and that is so important.  And the good communication that he and I have is something that is so key between a driver and crew chief.  That communication was the key reason we were able to work so hard last week in Gateway and get on the same page with our handling package on our No. 11 Toyota Tundra during our two practice sessions on Friday. Accomplishing that level of communication with someone during your first race of working together is tremendous.  I look forward to working with Rick the rest of the season and finishing things off on a strong note**

Here is a run down from first practice.  David was 4th - good job.

Also, they picked up K&N as a sponsor this week.  Not sure if primary or associate.  Will try to find out for you once I get to New Hampshire.
At least some sort of sponsor is good for the team.  Maybe it will be more than a 1 race deal.

No problem at all to try and keep y'all updated. Looks like the lap that put him in 4th was a qualify run. Not sure how the truck is doing in race trim. Need to start good to help with a good finish.

David goes out 25th in the qualifying order tomorrow. Remember, it will be on tv on speed at 10:05 ET - hopefully all of you will be able to watch and not be without power.

Prayers to all in the path of Ike.

Blessings,
Kim

Good evening to all as I sit in the airport for my connecting flight to New Hamshire. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with all of you in TX.

2nd practice was cut short due to rain - David ended up 16th on the speed chart.

Also, there will be NO qualifying tomorrow - the field will be set by the rule book - David should be starting 14th due to owner's points. We will have to wait and see how good they got the truck in race trim in the rain shortened practice. Patience will be the key as he moves up thru the field.

Jayalane: I will and get a photo and put it on the message board but cannot promise.

Hope all of you have a safe eveing and I will check in with you all in the morning.

Blessings,
Kim

So Ya'll BE safe..
